  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated LENG9 Polyclonal antibody (CL488-16295)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Informations générales

LENG9 is rarely reported in the literature. GO function analysis revealed that the molecular function of LENG9 is metal ion binding (GO:0046872), and the BioGRID database showed that LENG9 has 6 interactors, including C9ORF41, B4GALT2, CDC5L, D2HGDH, FOXS1 and OGT. Studies have shown that LENG9 may play an oncogenic role in tumor pathogenesis by promoting tumor cell proliferation, migration, and invasion. (PMID: 35538075)
