  WB analysis using 31796-1-AP (same clone as 31796-1-PBS)

  HEK-293T cells, HeLa cells, mouse kidney tissue, mouse liver tissue, mouse lung tissue, mouse spleen tissue lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31796-1-AP (LIAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31796-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HEK-293 using 31796-1-AP (same clone as 31796-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HEK-293 cells using LIAT1 antibody (31796-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31796-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Liat1 (Ligand of Ate1) is a protein of unknown function that was originally discovered through its interaction with arginyl tRNA protein transferase 1 (Ate1), a component of the Arg/N-degron pathway of protein degradation.Liat1 participates in Liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS), a process which enables the temporal and spatial regulation of important cellular processes such as RNA metbolism, genome organization, DNA repair, and transcription regulation. Liat1 interacts with itself, which means Liat1 can assemble into different species in nucleus or cytosol. Our WB is consistent with Arva A et al (PMID: 33443146).
