  WB analysis of K-562 using 18821-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18821-1-AP (LILRA5 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 18821-1-AP (LILRA5 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  FC experiment of K-562 using 18821-1-AP

  1X10^6 K-562 cells were stained with 0.2ug LILRA5 antibody (18821-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 90% MeOH blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) with dilution 1:1000.

LILRA5, also named as ILT11, LILRB7, LIR9 and CD85f, may plays a role in triggering innate immune responses. It does not function in class I MHC antigens recognition. The antibody recognizes the isoform 1 and isoform 2 of LILRA5.
