  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27026-1-AP (LPIN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

this antibody recognize one protein around 130kDa in human myoblasts and no band is observed in lipin1 patient's myoblasts revelation with femto at 60sec
