  WB analysis using 28321-1-AP (same clone as 28321-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28321-1-AP (LYVE1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28321-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

LYVE1 is a 322-amino acid type-I integral membrane glycoprotein primarily expressed on lymphatic endothelial cells. LYVE1 is a CD44 homologue. It acts as a receptor and binds to both soluble and immobilized hyaluronan. LYVE1 may function in lymphatic hyaluronan transport and have a role in tumor metastasis.
