  WB analysis using 84248-4-RR (same clone as 84248-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84248-4-RR (MAGEA4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84248-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MAGEA4 Recombinant antibody (84248-4-RR, Clone:241558G7) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84248-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 84248-4-RR (same clone as 84248-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MAGEA4 Recombinant antibody (84248-4-RR, Clone:241558G7) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue).   Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84248-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84248-4-RR against Human MAGEA4 were performed. The affinity constant is 2.03 nM.

Informations générales

MAGEA4, also named MAGE4 and CT1.4, is one of the germ cell-specific markers (PMID:16540528). SMAGEA4 is one of the subgroup I MAGEAs members which may play important roles in the immune surveillance of certain tumor types and play important roles during embryogenesis.(PMID:15222021) The antibody is specific to MAGEA4.
