  FC experiment of A431 using CL647-12508

  1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human MAGEA4 (CL647-12508) (red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL647-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.
