  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 30716-1-AP (MAP4K3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 30716-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

MAP4K3(Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase kinase 3) has kinase activity and that it activates JNK but not MAPK1, MAPK3 or MAPK14 through the activation of MAP3K1 and MAP2K4. Endogenous MAP4K3 kinase activity could be stimulated by exposure to ultraviolet radiation or to tumor necrosis factor.
