  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67839-1-Ig (MED4 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67839-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human breast cancer using 67839-1-Ig (same clone as 67839-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 67839-1-Ig (MED4 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67839-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

MED4 is a component of the Meditor complex, which is a coactivator involved in the regulated transcription of nearly all RNA polymerase II-dependent genes. Meditor functions as a bridge to convey information from gene-specific regulatory proteins to the basal RNA polymerase II transcription machinery. It also have an alternative name called "Activator-recruited cofactor 36 kDa component (ARC36) ".
