  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-12745

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 MEK6 antibody (CL488-12745) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-12745

  1X10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Anti-Human MEK6 (CL488-12745) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).
