MPP10, also known as M phase phosphoprotein 10, is a component of the U3 small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (U3 snoRNP) complex. The protein localizes to the nucleolus during interphase and to the chromosomes during M phase. It plays a crucial role in the early cleavages during pre-18S ribosomal RNA processing.
