  IF Staining of HeLa using 83005-5-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using MTAP antibody (83005-5-RR, Clone: 240030E5 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1).

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83005-5-RR

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug MTAP Recombinant antibody (83005-5-RR, Clone:240030E5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83005-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83005-5-RR against Human MTAP were performed. The affinity constant is 1.54 nM.

Informations générales

MTAP is a 5-deoxy-5-methylthioadenosine (MTA) phosphorylase, converting MTA to salvageable intermediates including adenine and 5-methylthioribose-1-phosphate. MTAP is abundant in normal cells, but it is frequently found to be deleted in a variety of cancers. Its deficiency is common in cancer cell lines as well as in primary leukemia, lung cancer, melanoma, bladder cancer, gliomas and breast cancer.
