  FC experiment of human PBMCs using CL750-66360-3

  1X10^6 human PBMCs were surface stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 750 Anti-Mouse IgG2b isotype control (CL750-66360-3, Clone:11B8C4) (red), or CoraLite® Plus 750 Anti-Human CD4 (OKT4) (green), or unstained (blue). Cells were not fixed. Lymphocytes were gated.
