  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16698-1-AP (NAT11 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 16698-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human ovarian cancer using 16698-1-AP (same clone as 16698-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human ovarian cancer slide using 16698-1-AP (NAA40 antibody) at dilution of 1:100 (under 20x lens). Informations générales

N-alpha-acetyltransferase 40 (NAA40, also known as NatD, Nat4, or Patt1) is a highly specific epigenetic enzyme catalyzing the transfer of an acetyl moiety at the N-terminal end of histones H4 and H2A (PMID: 26666750). NAA40 is significantly upregulated in primary CRC tissues and promotes CRC cell growth both in vitro and in xenograft tumor models (PMID: 30858358). Western blot analysis detected NAA40 at an apparent molecular mass of 27 kDa.
