  WB analysis using 86167-1-RR (same clone as 86167-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86167-1-RR (NDP52 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86167-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 86167-1-RR (same clone as 86167-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HeLa cells using NDP52 antibody (86167-1-RR, Clone: 250714E9 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86167-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86167-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86167-1-RR against Human NDP52 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.643 nM.

Informations générales

NDP52, also named as CALCOCO2, is an autophagy receptor. It plays a role in ruffle formation and actin cytoskeleton organization. Mouse/Rat NDP52 has some isoforms with MW 28-40 kDa and 67 kDa. Human NDP52 has some isoforms with MW 43-47 kDa and 52-55 kDa.
