  WB analysis using 11667-1-AP (same clone as 11667-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 11667-1-AP (NFATC2IP antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 11667-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 11667-1-AP (same clone as 11667-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using NFATC2IP antibody (11667-1-AP) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), CL594-phalloidin (red). Informations générales

NFATC2IP, also named as NIP45, is a 419 amino acid protein, which contains one ubiquitin-like domain. TRAF1 is associated with a fraction of NFATC2IP in the cytoplasm and prevents its translocation to the nucleus. NFATC2IP In T-helper 2 (Th2) cells, regulates the magnitude of NFAT-driven transcription of a specific subset of cytokine genes, including IL3, IL4, IL5 and IL13, but not IL2.
