  WB analysis of human skeletal muscle using 66368-1-Ig (same clone as 66368-1-PBS)

  Western blot analysis of NFIL3 in various cell lines and tissues using Proteintech antibody 66368-1-Ig at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66368-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of NK92 using 66368-1-Ig (same clone as 66368-1-PBS)

  1X10^6 NK92 were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Anti-Human NFIL3 (66368-1-Ig, Clone:2F4B4) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.4 ug x. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66368-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

NFIL3, also named E4BP4 and IL3BP1, belongs to the bZIP family and NFIL3 subfamily. It represses transcription from promoters with activating transcription factor (ATF) sites. NFIL3 activates transcription from the interleukin-3 promoter in T-cells. It competes for the same consensus-binding site with PAR DNA-binding factors (DBP, HLF and TEF). It is a component of the circadian clock that acts as a negative regulator for the circadian expression of PER2 oscillation in the cell-autonomous core clock. NFIL3 protects pro-B cells from programmed cell death. It is a key regulator of TH2 responses(PMID:21499227).
