  WB analysis using 68593-1-Ig (same clone as 68593-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 68593-1-Ig (NGRN antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 68593-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

NGRN, also named as Neugrin or FI58G, is a 291 amino acid protein, which belongs to the neugrin family. NGRN localizes in the nucleus and is expressed at high levels in heart, brain and skeletal muscle. In brain, it is mainly expressed in neurons rather than glial cells. NGRN may be involved in neuronal differentiation.
