  WB analysis using 86677-1-RR (same clone as 86677-1-PBS)

  Caco-2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86677-1-RR (NHP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86677-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 86677-1-RR (same clone as 86677-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using NHP2 antibody (86677-1-RR, Clone: 251700B11 ) at dilution of 1:500 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86677-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

NHP2 belongs to the H/ACA small nucleolar ribonucleoprotein (H/ACA snoRNP) complex, which catalyzes pseudouridylation of rRNA. It is required for ribosome biogenesis and telomere maintenance, and for correct processing or intranuclear trafficking of TERC, the RNA component of the telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) holoenzyme.
