  HeLa cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 13888-1-AP (NKIAMRE antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 13888-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

NKIAMRE is also named as CDKL3(Cyclin-dependent kinase-like 3) and belongs to the protein kinase superfamily.This protein contains the MAPK-like TDY motif for threonine and tyrosine phosphorylation, as well as the putative cyclin-binding motif(PMID:10463609). It has 2 isoforms produced by alternative splicing with the molecular mass of 52 kDa and 68 kDa.
