  WB analysis of mouse heart using 83131-8-RR (same clone as 83131-8-PBS)

  mouse heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83131-8-RR (NLRP10 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83131-8-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A431 using 83131-8-RR (same clone as 83131-8-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Nlrp10 Recombinant Antibody (83131-8-RR, Clone:230402C1) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83131-8-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83131-8-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83131-8-RR against Human NLRP10 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.899 nM.

Informations générales

NLRP10 is a member of the NALP protein family typically contain a NACHT domain, a NACHT-associated domain (NAD), a C-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) region, and an N-terminal pyrin domain (PYD). NLRP10 likely plays a regulatory role in the innate immune system. The protein belongs to the signal-induced multiprotein complex, the inflammasome, that activates the pro-inflammatory caspases, caspase-1 and caspase-5.
