  WB analysis using 83391-6-RR (same clone as 83391-6-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83391-6-RR (NOL11 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83391-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HeLa using 83391-6-RR (same clone as 83391-6-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HeLa cells using NOL11 antibody (83391-6-RR, Clone: 240371B5 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red).   1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug NOL11 Recombinant antibody (83391-6-RR, Clone:240371B5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83391-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83391-6-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83391-6-RR against Human NOL11 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

NOL11, also named as L14, is a ribosome biogenesis factor. It is required for both optimal rDNA transcription and small subunit (SSU) pre-rRNA processing at sites A', A0, 1 and 2b. NOL11 forms a protein complex with two tryptophan-aspartic acid (WD) repeat proteins named WD-repeat protein 43 (WDR43) and Cirhin in mitotic cells. NOL11 plays a role in pathogenesis of NAIC. There're some isoforms with MW 81 kDa and 19 kDa.
