  WB analysis using 27004-1-AP (same clone as 27004-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27004-1-AP (NUDT5 antibody) at dilution of 1:6000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27004-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse liver using 27004-1-AP (same clone as 27004-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 27004-1-AP (NUDT5 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 27004-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

NUDT5 (NUDIX hydrolase type 5), also called NUDIX5, is a member of the nudix hydrolase family which eliminate toxic nucleotide derivatives from the cell. NUDT5 expression can affect chromosome remodeling, involved in cell adhesion, cancer stem cell maintenance and epithelial to mesenchyme transition in breast cancer cells. In addtion, the high expression of NUDT5 is probably involved in the poor prognosis of breast cancer, which could be a prognostic factor and potential target in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer (PMID: 33571243). This NUDT5 protein can be detected with a molecular weight of 35 kDa (PMID: 33096144).
