  IF Staining of mouse testis using CL488-68420

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue using CoraLite® Plus 488 Nesprin 3 antibody (CL488-68420, Clone: 1D1G12 ) at dilution of 1:200. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  FC experiment of NIH/3T3 using CL488-68420

  1x10^6 NIH/3T3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Nesprin 3 Monoclonal antibody (CL488-68420, Clone:1D1G12)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (1F8D3) (CL488-66360-1, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

Informations générales

Nesprin 3 also known as C14orf49, SYNE3, belongs to the Nesprin family. Nesprin-3 is a type II transmembrane protein of the outer nuclear membrane and contains a C-terminal KASH domain and a series of spectrin repeats(PMID: 16330710). Nesprin-3, a protein that links intermediate filaments to the nucleus, regulates endothelial cell morphology, perinuclear cytoskeletal organization, and flow-induced cell polarization and migration. Nesprin-3 is robustly expressed in human aortic endothelial cells and localizes to the nuclear envelope(PMID: 21937718).
