  WB analysis using 66461-1-Ig (same clone as 66461-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66461-1-Ig (OIP5 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 66461-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

OIP5, also named as IS18B and CT86, is required for recruitment of CENPA to centromeres and normal chromosome segregation during mitosis. It is over expressed in the majority of primary lung and esophageal cancers. OIP5 is a promising target for developing new prognostic biomarkers and anti-cancer drugs.
