  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15248-1-AP (OSGIN1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15248-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

OSGIN1, also named as BDGI and OKL38, belongs to the OKL38 family. OSGIN1 is a gene linked to oxidative stress and cell death in other tissues, was markedly upregulated in smokers compared to nonsmokers (PMID: 28548877). OSGIN1 has 3 isoforms with the molecular mass of 38, 52 and 61 kDa (PMID: 28181536).
