  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 25430-1-AP (OTUD6B antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Antibody works perfectly for western blotting, however I could not optimise it for immunofluorescence. I tried series of dilutions and couple of different blocking/fixing methods, but there was no difference between knockdown and control conditions in any of them.
