  IF Staining of NIH/3T3 using CL594-23418

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed NIH/3T3 cells using CoraLite®594 Osteocalcin antibody (CL594-23418) at dilution of 1:400.

• 

  FC experiment of NIH/3T3 using CL594-23418

  1X10^6 NIH/3T3 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.5 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human Osteocalcin (CL594-23418) (red), or 0.5 ug CoraLite®594-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL594-30000, Clone: ) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
