  WB analysis using 83761-5-RR (same clone as 83761-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83761-5-RR (PAK4 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83761-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  WB analysis of HAP1 using 83761-5-RR (same clone as 83761-5-PBS)

  WB result of PAK4 antibody (83761-5-RR; 1:3000; room temperature for 1.5 hours) with wild-type and sg-PAK4 transfected HAP1 cells. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83761-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 83761-5-RR (same clone as 83761-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PAK4 Recombinant antibody (83761-5-RR, Clone:240686D1) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83761-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83761-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83761-5-RR against Human PAK4 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

PAK4(p21-activated kinase 4) is also named as KIAA1142. It belongs to the protein kinase superfamily.PAK4 regulates cell morphology, cytoskeletal organization, and cell proliferation and migration. It can also function as an antiapoptotic protein (PMID:14517283). It has 4 isoforms produced by alternative splicing. And it can be autophosphorylated on serine residues when activated by CDC42/p21 (PMID:11278822).
