  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82935-1-RR (PAK7 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82935-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  (blue)1x10^6 K-562 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human PAK7 (82935-1-RR, Clone:230201A10) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:166(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82935-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PAK7, also known as PAK5, is a newly found but scarcely researched type II PAKs (PAK4, 5, 6). PAK7 was originally found in the brain, which promotes filopodia formation in nerve cells. Recently, studies have found that the expression level of PAK7 significantly increased in colorectal cancer, ovarian cancer, gastric cancer, neuroglioma, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, osteosarcoma, and breast cancer. PAK7 plays an important role in tumorigenesis, invasion, and metastasis, mainly related to its mechanism of regulating cytoskeleton, inhibiting apoptosis, and promoting proliferation. The calculated molecular weight of PAK7 is 80 kDa (PMID: 29805709, PMID: 34165002).
