  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse colon tissue slide using 84039-6-RR (PARP14 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

The largest of all the human PARPs is PARP14. PARP14 has been reported to regulate several different pathways involved in immunity, inflammation, and genome stability (PMID: 37703374).
