  WB analysis using 16141-1-AP (same clone as 16141-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 16141-1-AP (PCBP3 antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 16141-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 16141-1-AP (same clone as 16141-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using PCBP3 antibody (16141-1-AP) at dilution of 1:200 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 16141-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PCBP3 is a member of the KH-domain protein subfamily. Proteins of this subfamily, also referred to as alpha-CPs, bind to RNA with a specificity for C-rich pyrimidine regions. Alpha-CPs play important roles in post-transcriptional activities and have different cellular distributions. PCBP3 is broadly expressed in various tissues, including the testis and endometrium. It has been associated with diseases such as dementia.
