  IF Staining of Caco-2 using 83093-2-RR (same clone as 83093-2-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Caco-2 cells using PCP4L1 antibody (83093-2-RR, Clone: 230203G12 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83093-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Caco-2 using 83093-2-RR (same clone as 83093-2-PBS)

  1x10^6 Caco-2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human PCP4L1 (83093-2-RR, Clone:230203G12) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83093-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
