  WB analysis using 85996-1-RR (same clone as 85996-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85996-1-RR (PDE3B antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85996-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PDE3B is a cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase with dual specificity for cAMP and cGMP. It plays crucial roles in regulating physiological processes such as angiogenesis and cardiac contractility. PDE3B can be activated by insulin and is involved in the antilipolytic actions of insulin. Additionally, PDE3B forms macromolecular complexes that are important for its activation and interaction with other proteins (PMID: 22001403, PMID: 26031333).
