  WB analysis using 86283-1-RR (same clone as 86283-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86283-1-RR (PDLIM7,LMP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86283-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of SKOV-3 using 86283-1-RR (same clone as 86283-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed SKOV-3 cells using PDLIM7 antibody (86283-1-RR, Clone: 250775F12 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86283-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86283-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86283-1-RR against Human PDLIM7 were performed. The affinity constant is 8.36 nM.

PDLIM7 (PDZ and LIM domain protein 7), also known as ENIGMA or LIM mineralization protein 1 (LMP-1), is a member of PDZ-LIM proteins which function as scaffold to interact with multiple proteins through N-terminal PDZ domain and C-terminal LIM domain. Its LIM domains bind to proteins involved in mitogenic signaling, and it plays a role in tumorigenesis by promoting cancer cell invasion and metastasis. In addition, PDLIM7 is an essential positive regulator of osteoblast differentiation and maturation and bone formation.
