  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85356-1-RR (PIP4K2C antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85356-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

PIP4K2C is involved in several processes, including 1-phosphatidyl-1D-myo-inositol 4,5-bisphosphate biosynthetic process; negative regulation of 1-phosphatidylinositol-4-phosphate 5-kinase activity; and positive regulation of autophagosome assembly. PIP4Ks negatively regulate insulin signaling through a catalytic-independent mechanism.
