  WB analysis of U-87 MG using 86366-2-RR (same clone as 86366-2-PBS)

  U-87 MG cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86366-2-RR (PJA2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86366-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86366-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86366-2-RR against Human PJA2 were performed. The affinity constant is 3.09 nM.
