  WB analysis using 67877-1-Ig (same clone as 67877-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67877-1-Ig (PLEKHB2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67877-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PLEKHB2, also named as EVT2 (Evectin-2), is involved in retrograde transport of recycling endosomes. PLEKHB2 has been identified as post-Golgi proteins of unknown function that have a PH domain that typically binds polyphosphoinositides. PLEKHB2 is expressed in a broad range of tissues. PLEKHB2 has some isoforms with MW 19-26 kDa and 34 kDa. This antibody recognizes all the isoforms of PLEKHB2.
