  WB analysis using 85096-1-RR (same clone as 85096-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85096-1-RR (PPAT antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85096-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 85096-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 85096-1-RR against Human PPAT were performed. The affinity constant is 9.40 nM.

PPAT, also known as ATase (amidophosphoribosyltransferase) or GPAT (glutamine phosphoribosylpyrophosphate amidotransferase) is the rate-limiting enzyme in the de novo pathway of purine ribonucleotide synthesis and is regulated by feedback inhibition by AMP and GMP. PPAT expression modulates pyruvate kinase activity, cell proliferation and invasion (PMID: 26140362).
