  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14331-1-AP (PPIP5K1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 14331-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PPIP5K1 (Inositol diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate kinase type 1) plays an important role in regulating cell death in response to genotoxic stress. PPIP5K1 act in concert with IP6K2 to promote cell death through controlling localization of stress-activated MAP kinase-interacting protein1 (SIN1) (PMID: 31051014). The activation of the PtdIns 3-kinase pathway is associated with PPIP5K1 translocation from the cytoplasm to the plasma membrane (PMID: 21222653).
