Informations générales

PRAM1, also named as PML-RARA-regulated adapter molecule 1, is a 718 amino acid protein, which contains 1 SH3 domain. PRAM1 is expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes and bone marrow. It is not expressed in non hematopoietic tissues except in lung. PRAM1 may be involved in myeloid differentiation and integrin signaling in neutrophils.
