  WB analysis using 83831-5-RR (same clone as 83831-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83831-5-RR (PROSC antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83831-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of mouse liver using 83831-5-RR (same clone as 83831-5-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse liver tissue slide using 83831-5-RR (PROSC antibody) at dilution of 1:650 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83831-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83831-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83831-5-RR against Human PROSC were performed. The affinity constant is 2.00 nM.

Informations générales

Human Pyridoxal 5′-phosphate-binding protein (PLPBP; previously proline synthase cotranscribed homolog, PROSC) was first described in 1999 and was demonstrated to be ubiquitously expressed in many tissues. PROSC is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues and is highly conserved throughout evolution. PROSC deficiency could therefore markedly increase free cellular PLP levels (PMID: 31825581, 27912044).
