  WB analysis using 67619-1-Ig (same clone as 67619-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67619-1-Ig (PSAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67619-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human breast cancer using 67619-1-Ig (same clone as 67619-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human breast cancer tissue slide using 67619-1-Ig (PSAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67619-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HCT 116 using 67619-1-Ig (same clone as 67619-1-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HCT 116 cells using PSAT1 antibody (67619-1-Ig, Clone: 1B2C9 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67619-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PSAT1, also named as PSA and PSAT, belongs to the class-V pyridoxal-phosphate-dependent aminotransferase family and SerC subfamily. It catalyzes the reversible conversion of 3-phosphohydroxypyruvate to phosphoserine and of 3-hydroxy-2-oxo-4-phosphonooxybutanoate to phosphohydroxythreonine. PSAT1 represents a new interesting target for CRC therapy. (PMID:18221502) It may be implicated in altered serine metabolism and schizophrenia spectrum conditions. (PMID:20955740 )
