  WB analysis using 67847-1-Ig (same clone as 67847-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67847-1-Ig (PSMB1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated GAPDH Monoclonal antibody (HRP-60004) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67847-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human liver cancer using 67847-1-Ig (same clone as 67847-1-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human liver cancer tissue slide using 67847-1-Ig (PSMB1 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67847-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed U2OS cells using PSMB1 antibody (67847-1-Ig, Clone: 1C7C5 ) at dilution of 1:800 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67847-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 67847-1-Ig (same clone as 67847-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PSMB1 Monoclonal antibody (67847-1-Ig, Clone:1C7C5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) (SA00013-1)(red), or 0.25 ug Mouse IgG1 isotype control Mouse McAb (66360-1-Ig, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67847-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PSMB1(Proteasome subunit beta type-1) is also named as PSC5 and belongs to the peptidase T1B family. The proteasome is a multicatalytic proteinase complex which is characterized by its ability to cleave peptides with Arg, Phe, Tyr, Leu, and Glu adjacent to the leaving group at neutral or slightly basic pH. The gene encodes a 241 amino acid protein with a 28 amino acid propeptide and two glycosylation sites.
