  WB analysis of Jurkat using 55143-1-AP (same clone as 55143-1-PBS)

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 55143-1-AP (PSMB11 antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55143-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  1X10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human PSMB11 (55143-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (red), or 0.2 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 55143-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PSMB11 belongs to the peptidase T1B family. It is a multicatalytic proteinase complex which is characterized by its ability to cleave peptides with Arg, Phe, Tyr, Leu, and Glu adjacent to the leaving group at neutral or slightly basic pH. PSMB11 has an ATP-dependent proteolytic activity. Incorporated instead of PSMB5 or PSMB8, this unit reduces the chymotrypsin-like activity of the proteasome. It plays a pivotal role in development of CD8-positive T cells. The antibody is specific to PSMB11.
