  IF Staining of Jurkat using 85062-4-RR (same clone as 85062-4-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Jurkat cells using PTPN22 antibody (85062-4-RR, Clone: 242688A2 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85062-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  FC experiment of Jurkat using 85062-4-RR (same clone as 85062-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug PTPN22 Recombinant antibody (85062-4-RR, Clone:242688A2) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85062-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

PTPN22(Tyrosine-protein phosphatase non-receptor type 22) is also named as LyP,PEP,PTPN8.It belongs to the protein-tyrosine phosphatase family and non-receptor class 4 subfamily.It acts as negative regulator of T-cell receptor (TCR) signaling.Defects in PTPN22 are a cause of susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). It has some isoforms produced by alternative splicing with calculated molecular mass of 79-92 kDa, and apparent molecular mass of 100-110 kDa.
