  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 21845-1-AP (PYROXD2 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 21845-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Pyridine Nucleotide-Disulfide Oxidoreductase Domain 2 (PYROXD2, previously called YueF, C10orf33) is a mitochondrial inner membrane/matrix-residing protein and is reported to regulate mitochondrial function. PYROXD2 is highly expressed in the cytoplasm of normal cells and tissues but is expressed at lower levels in corresponding cancer cells, including liver, lung and renal cell carcinoma and bladder cancer cells (PMID: 29048625, PMID: 35606887).
