  WB analysis using 81667-2-RR (same clone as 81667-2-PBS)

  Non-treated NIH/3T3 cells and UV treated NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 81667-2-RR (Phospho-JUN (Thr91/93) antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and re-blotted with Beta Actin (66009-1-Ig) antibody as a loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81667-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of NIH/3T3 using 81667-2-RR (same clone as 81667-2-PBS)

  1X10^6 NIH/3T3 cells untreated (dashed lines) or treated with UV which intracellularly stained with 0.13 ug Phospho-JUN (Thr91/93) Recombinant antibody (81667-2-RR, Clone:241983H8) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.13 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with 90% MeOH. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 81667-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

JUN is also named as c-Jun and AP1, belongs to the bZIP family and Jun subfamily. JUN, the most extensively studied protein of the activator protein-1 (AP-1) complex, is involved in numerous cell activities, such as proliferation, apoptosis, survival, tumorigenesis and tissue morphogenesis.The phosphorylation of c-Jun by Plk3 immunoprecipitates was not altered by the pre-removal of JNK from the cell lysates. In addition, the effect of UV irradiation-induced phosphorylation of c-Jun and apoptosis were not significantly affected by knockdown of JNK mRNA. (PMID: 22180088, PMID: 17804415)
