  WB analysis using 84129-5-RR (same clone as 84129-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84129-5-RR (RAB9A antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84129-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of U2OS using 84129-5-RR (same clone as 84129-5-PBS)

  1x10^6 U2OS cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RAB9A Recombinant antibody (84129-5-RR, Clone:241372F8) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84129-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84129-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84129-5-RR against Human RAB9A were performed. The affinity constant is 11.9 nM.

Informations générales

RAB9A belongs to the small GTPase superfamily, the members of which play an important role in regulating vesicular trafficking and reside in specific intracellular compartments. RAB9A has been localized to components of the endocytic/exocytic pathway and has been implicated in recycling of membrane receptors, such as mannose 6-phosphate receptor, from early endosomes to the trans Golgi network.
