  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug RACGAP1 Recombinant antibody (82788-1-RR, Clone:2D5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82788-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82788-1-RR against Human RACGAP1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.164 nM.

Rac GTPase-activating protein 1 (RACGAP1), localized in the mitotic spindle, has guanosine triphosphatase-activating protein (GAP) activity for the Rho family GTPases. RACGAP1 has an important influence on the initiation of cytokinesis, control of cell growth and differentiation, regulation of spermatogenesis, and tumor metastasis.
